Great for the women-folk. I read this news this morning. I think it is a good sign that women are making progress and that is really commendable for them. Keep rocking!!!
Women excelling in administrative services is not new. In my state, in other competitive exams,inter, degree and professional courses mostly women are the toppers.
That's really nice to hear. At various levels women are performing well, no dobut. But only the big news make it at the national level.
