    Yes,i heard the news..and also i would like to add this information.nearly one fourth of passing candidates are women.This shows how they study and work hard.Good improvement to our country.

    Women excelling in administrative services is not new. In my state, in other competitive exams,inter, degree and professional courses mostly women are the toppers.
