I think there should be duty to police to find out person who post those type of photos and clips.

Santosh- already there is cyber crime law and police have duty to prevent crime. But it is not feasible to ban all adult sites. Parents should use3 filtering device on net to protect children from accessing such sites.

well, Its totally depends on you to go after these sites.you can easily avoid these sites by using filters available on net.

It should be legally banned. And I think so in Ammended Information Technology Amendment Act 2008 this provision has been made to punish the culprit with imprisonment.
