Whether it is liked or not, Modi is perceived as an enemy of Islam after the Godhra killings. BJP has put him in high risk zone by elevating him as their PM candidate. Give him any level of security he remains a prime target for those who seek revenge. Sorry to say, sooner or later, an attempt on his life may be made. He must be extra careful.

What has Modi to do with "Godhra Killings" , the people killed in train at Godhra were all Hindus. So why should he be considered an enemy of Islam? If you are talking of riots which happened later, that was bound to happen as it normally happens in this country but no one remembers them apart from this one because vested interests keep it warming up all over again. That is called vote bank politics.

My question is the riots occurred for the first time in India ? Did they happen only in Modi's regime ?

Exactly ! After all the biggest of them happened at Delhi after Indiara Gandhi was killed and the congress leaders actively took part in butchering sikhs and till today the issue has not ended and they have the gal to point fingers at others ! This is what I hate most about Congress party, its double standards !
