i rarely read articles from net....

i have read several times...never use fruits with meal, take it 1 or 2 hours before or after meals, if you need to get its full benefits


ever since I remember, i used to start my day with a banana.


it's a nice habit.

Fruits are always good, rich in antioxidants. improve your intelligence as well.
so eat fruits whenever you can.
but it's better to avoid them along with meals.

Of course I never eat fruits along with meals,
yes, it can provide easy digestion. but losses a few of its nutritious value.

We all knew there is nobody on this who does not like eating fruits. Each and every person have their own fruit they like the most. Some do eat the fruits as it is some prefer to cut it into pieces and eat them and other prefer to have the Juice of the fruits and have it.
You are correct Sandhya even I have read the same things and that's the main reason I eat the fruits only after one hours taking of my Dinner.

The link you gave is wonderful. It also ratifies that Fruits should be taken in the morning.
The idea is that fruit should not be mixed with meals or other food by taking quickly before or after. Many eatable are good but their combination gives adverse effect For example, milk products and wine should not be taken together. Honey and butter oil combination may be fatal.

Irrespective of difference of opinions, i will see if a particular way of taking fruits is compatible to my system. then its my mode of taking the fruits. For example for the last 2 decades i'm habituated to take a banana every day morning. No unwanted effects were seen. So taking a fruit in the morning is my way. It may be other way for you
