Stoppage of production of cigarettes is definitely good. The employment argument will work everywhere. Even the job of pick pocketing and robbery employs people.

The workers in cigarette factories need be rehabilitated.

As told earlier too this is going to be a temporary step by companies to force Govt. to take steps in the favour of the companies by changing their policies.
