    I believe paralysis is worst. Any disease that makes you dependent on others even for routine body functions is very bad.

    Muscular dystrophy is the worst disease i have ever heard of. It is a hereditary muscle disease that weaken the muscles that move the human body.

    There is no cure for it till now.
