Hello friends,

Films and the media is forcing us to consume slow-poison and we continue to be so very broadminded and tolerant that we keep accepting whatever the media people offer us.

Hello friends,

Saubhagya Das has raised a good issue that is directly connected with the decency in our civic lives. We are expected to become more and more civilized with passage of time.

Yet, on the contrary, we are just letting ourselves to go back to our barbarian past... culture.

Please stop the bare - n - dare culture.

Hello friends,

There was one more similar thread on civic decency; yet, there was not a single taker for it.

Please see that thread, if you want:

The thing that powers Cinemas and Actors is not money[obviously it is the motive but not the driving factor],it is the general public....Movie makers try to show what the public proclaims...If we can stop ourselves, then we can stop them

Its unfair to single Mallika Sherawat out. I am not saying that she is justified in doing so. But i think this issue is being raised just because its Mallika, no one ever pointed out to as to how Simi Garewal or Mandakini dared to bare all in yesteryears and spoil our culture and heritage then...why????just because they were directed by a more happening director then....this issue seems more of anti-mallika than anti-indecency
Sorry Anjali I had no intension to point out towards about malika actually I read news about her so I share it with friends
everyone in the world has his or her choice to be
in fashion according to mood.

u first think of ur parents and relatives

if ur soul allow u then it is not bad.

When someone has something to show for which he/she can get money is OK is their thinking which I feel is wrong there are things which are against morality and we should avoid doing those.
I do not think that nudity is peculiar to west. The purdah or veil system in India was introduced in India in medieval ages only. Before that, we had dance, prostitution, wine, nudity everything more than the west. Sex and nudity are basic instinct. Profit is also basic instinct. we need not blame west for this.

I remember that there is a magazine Debonair many decades old that contains full page nude images.

What we need to ensure is that there should be proper balance between duty and pleasure. There should be more efforts and time on job and duty and less on entertainment.
