depression is the enemy of our good health.
Meditation is good for gives us deep rest to our mind.
Closing one nostril and inhaling and exhaling through the other nostril is one cycle in Pranayama. Repeat the same process this time with the other nostril for about 20 cycles every day. This will not only rejuvenates you but fills your mind with positive thoughts.. Depression will be driven.

Friends I feel that it is the family and friends who can make anybody out of depression. Intense depression is called a state of "Burnout". Burnout people can never be taken out of such emotions which is bad. The result is often negative. Good friends and family members always make person laugh and smile. Laughing is such a good medicine which jerks away all sorts of depression in the mind. Anybody can get encountered with depression which can led to Burnout. Lets try to laugh and smile. Keep joking and smiling. Let all worst incidents hide behind your smile. Drink a class of cold water and digest all. If your mind is fit, you can combat any situation with valour.

Human beings always hanker after love and happiness. If they are devoid of happiness and love, they get easily entrapped with depression. Other 10 remedies comes later. We always say that precaution is better than cure. Hence opt for precaution first and then look for the cure.

Actually people are loosing their hearts because of the failure and tremendous struggle that they face in the way of their life cycle. People gets anger and demotivated very quickly. The quest for position and hunger for money has increased their ambition to achieve but the failure to achieve their target further pulls them much behind all. The result is depression and then the burnout.

The roots of of depression lie in disappointment. Disappointment is caused when things do not work as you expected. That is, you set up goals beyond you capabilities. If your goals are achievable and you work sincerely, success is achieved . There's no scope for depression.

Now a days people lacks the fighting spirit. They must be taught and encourage to fight rather than to sit back aside in depression.

A healthy life style is the ingredient that you should have if you want to defeat depression. For example if somebody is involved in routine exercise, he is safe from depression.
