8-10 glasses of water a day is sufficient as I read in a scientific journal. Drinking excess water forcefully is bad for the health. A glass of lemon juice in water is very good for health.

In your statement size of glass is important. We generally have glasses from 200 to 500 ml. Mine are mostly of 300ml. I can drink 10-12 glasses during the day while I drink 5 such glasses within half an hour in the morning itself. That is very good for younger looking skin, clear kidney and clean bowl. Water is very good antitoxin.

My glass can take unboiled rice of 200 g. So, I think it's 200ml. Am I right??? :S :S

No that is not right because rice and water have different volumes while measured in grams or liters. If you know that a gram of water is equivalent of 1ml while the 1ml of mercury has about 13.6 grams. Now what kind of rice you use is difficult to say. :)
