It is a nice invention and no petrol and easy to ride specially to women.
No petrol but it takes 12 hours to recharge the batteries which consumes 2 units and run only 50-60 km in one recharge and after 300 recharges the battery must be changed at the cost of 10k+. now calculate the running cost. If it goes out of order on the way, just imagine a woman's position when there is no mechanic to repair it.

Hence, there is need for improving batteries. The batteries need be more powerful and charged for longer distances. also there should be provision for two batteries. If one goes out of order, another may be used.

This already is a set of batteries with lots of weight to carry, two batteries wont be practical. They must provide recharging stations like they have in other countries where such bikes are in practice. These stations have powerful charging facilities to charge them up in a short period.

Electronic scooters are much expensive than petrol as it need charging of batteries which consume lot of electric energy. And beside these a typical electric motor scooter travels approximately 10 miles per hour, although some are capable of going 20 miles per hour. It may also have problems merging or keeping up with the speed of traffic. It's best to avoid streets that have a lot of traffic if we are riding an electric motor scooter. Also, an electric motor scooter will require an outlet in a convenient location. Unfortunately, there are few electrical power outlets located near streets or driveways.

A few companies have come up with maximum speed of 60km/hr but lack of expert mechanics and frequent motor failure have made the bike a total no-no.
