It's from a Malayalam proverb...meaning....a quarrel/problem can't be formed unless from both sides. i.e. If one remains silent, then no problem at all. What do you people think?
Frankly speaking, I don't believe so. Sometimes our silence makes our opponents more strong and create many problems against us. Sometimes we need to respond. Isn't it?

I think, more sound will be produced if clapped with both hands....otherwise, only silent attack
And Silence produce much much more sound than any other thing... a Silent Sound.!!
