Can sound be produced without the clapping of both hands???

It's from a Malayalam proverb...meaning....a quarrel/problem can't be formed unless from both sides. i.e. If one remains silent, then no problem at all. What do you people think?
Frankly speaking, I don't believe so. Sometimes our silence makes our opponents more strong and create many problems against us. Sometimes we need to respond. Isn't it?

Actually it depends on the situation. Everyting argument does not work, one need to keep silent. Sometimes, situation becomes too bad when we need to slap and beat the other person instead of argument. It totally depends upon the situation and topic of discussion.
