It depends on the intimacy with the person. If the person is a close friend then I can take some more liberty and ask what is wrong happened? If the person is not so close then also I may ask the reason for their mood out, but I may not force them to reveal the things.

To be very frank I also write in 8-10 different websites in shape of articles with my ref link. I have done one article in EC today also. You can check it as you are there, that is my latest article today.

Welcome Ketan. So you are from my area as I saw while replying to your query. Yes I would suggest you to care even while the fault is not yours. But in extreme conditions you can take strict steps.

I make people smile alot by playing jokes, and by telling jokes. by behaving jovially
