    Besides the roads stay better for longer time. They are trying to dispose polythene the best possible way.

    the vegetables once cooked and also the food once eaten by us.and even the use and throw pens and the ink once you write from it you cant have it back again in your pen.

    The best answer for this is........ Non re-writable CD. Once we write anything on it then we cannot erase and we cannot write anything on it.
