In the era of google and face book, let me ask a simple question, now do you read books????
Which one would you prefer, browsing with a keyword or reading books siting somewhere? Which one is best? Reading or browsing?

I love reading and still prefer the traditional mode. In fact I have a mini library with books on different subjects.Whenever I find time I love going through them!

i love reading books. but not library books. I prefer to read books on PC. Its makes us easy to read and understand. :)
Also, we can get all types of books in digital form. so, no need to search for the books. :cheer:

Already i made a laser treatment for my eyes... so, doctor advised me to strain my eyes as much as possible.. :laugh: :laugh: :lol:

I would prefer reading between reading and browsing. I mostly like to read story books(full of suspense). I have't reading habit since starting I have started recently.

I was very fond of books. But now, I like to surf on net for any information. Basically, book and net are same. It is information or knowledge that matters. It is easier to search for any information on net rather than a paper book.

Internet and Kindle still can never beat the smell of the pages of a well read and loved book. I still make it a point to read at least a few pages of a book every afternoon and at night before going to sleep! They are comforting to me!

I don't read books these days. :)

My habit of reading has gone with the introduction of internet.Sometime i read a book when i am traveling as then i don't have an option to browse net. :)

I don't think that physical world of books would ever vanish.Popularity of e-books may be more but I can't imagine a world without physical books!

But do you think, after 10 years, new generation kids will spend time on reading books, except their study materials?

I think study books may also be available as tablets at that time. Actually, we can't predict the future. Isn't it?

Yes....everyone is aware of its consequences. Yet, a very few are actually implementing book reading habit in life.
