correct sarala...job satisfaction and money....but this brain drain is making other developed countries more developed.india is still developing.
The main reason is for working abroad is mainly money followed by the quality of life. everyone will agree that lifestyle plays a very important role after one has achieved a set point in one's career. And when someone is getting paid the amount that directly corresponds with one's education, ambition and aspirations, then obviously he will go where he gets it all.

correct sarala...job satisfaction and money....but this brain drain is making other developed countries more developed.india is still developing.
the main reason is all indian like to earn more money. this is only on youngsters. after they were out of india they feel for the thing and come back soon. maximum they live out of india for few years only.
