walking is preferred to everyone for old also, for young and for the children also . it is a good exercise.

while walking everypart of our body will have some exercise and blood circulation will be well done. so walking is best. so most of the people prefer walking

Walking or running, both the exercises are good for your health. But if you compare them both, running is a better exercise than just walking. Running can burn your fats more faster than walking as well as running can increase your stamina and you feel more energetic and active throughout the day. Walking on the other hand is good for senior people who cannot run. Also walking in the morning is a good exercise instead of just staying in your home and waking up late.

Which one is having more health benefits walking or running.
I think Running is more beneficial as it increases one's stamina.

i think both are good exercises but by running you may get tired faster than by walking. so it depends on you. walking with yoga may give you better results. but to start any exercise, one needs a motivational kick!!
