    I think your trick is applicable to few numbers only not for all because I tried 67*11= 737 but by your trick answer is 6137 which is wrong so can you please explain why is it so?

    The second method is difficult . Instead of this it is better to multiply by 11 .

    In this case the calculation will be as follows
    The added number is 13
    write down the 3 and add the remaining 1 to next number.
    (6+1)37=737
