When I am sad,I eat pistas,chocolate or almonds
I dont generally express my sorrow,It comes out in form of tears.

I generally recollect the happy moments of the past days which i spent with family members, friends and colleagues. This makes me comfortable and helps in reliving the sad moments.

I think in our sad moments we should be only thinking the lot of our less fortunate brothers and sisters who are denied all pleasures of life and doomed to lead lives not of their making!!

Yes, it is an important trait of human beings to think about their self problems first without realizing the fact that there are more groups of people who are even sadder than us and sadness has become a part and parcel of their day to day lives....

I have experimented it with myself that whenever I felt a little down thoughts of others' sad experiences tend to melt my own sadness!
