Hi friends, first of all let me wish all the members a very HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR...
Most of the members had a short term goal that members count should reach 5k by the end of previous year and we also succeeded it. So let us discuss from future perspective ( I knew this is too ambitious), and let us share our views, regarding the total number of Boddunan members by the end of this year.So let us take this as a long term goal and put our contributions for the development of the site. Everyone knew we can't expect 1000 getting registered overnight and working hard to achieve our goal will definitely gives good result.
I believe if we cross 25,000 members by the end of this year will be great and anything over 25 k is job done perfect.
More members = More Active Members = More Page Views, and hence we have great chance of getting adsense share aslo.
Let us also believe that the moderators will discuss about their goals , w.r.t number of members by the end of this year...
We also share our views or ideas, to improve the page views and also members count for Boddunan.
Here let me share my point of view,
1) I believe advertising Boddunan to college students , will definitely increase the members count. So we must ensure that most of the students are aware of Boddunan, which automatically makes them to register and be active in this site. Banners outside college or some advertising techniques will definitely increase the count.
2) This may not be accepted by all, but still let me share my views. Introducing some good educational and IQ flash games in Boddunan, will definitely make inactive members to become active.Moderator can also assign reasonable points, so that this will become a dual benefit for members as they can play and enjoy the game and can also participate in the revenue sharing. But steps must be taken that these games does not slow down the activity in forum and articles.
3) I believe writing articles with respect to recent news, will increase the page views, because if some one wants to know about the recent news and if he/she types about the news in Google, let our Boddunan link appears in the first page. This increase the Google Page rank also.
4) One of our member Mr.Parthiban also suggested a great idea, regarding DAILY NEWS and I am sure that will also increase the page rank. Thanks to Parthiban
5) I also believe that most of the people in today's world follow cinema, and so starting a separate section with the latest movies releases in all languages and also the reviews, with a rating system also ( For example we can rate the movie and for any new member can know about the movie based on the average star for the film) might increase the page views.
So friends, these are just my suggestions and forgive me if I am wrong anywhere ,and you can also share your views and expected members count by the end of this year.

Answers like feature is already accepted to add to boddunan (I did not remember the topic, may be a month ago). However since it is completely new software, it is taking some time.
