Jonathan from Kontera again. There is no minimum impression limit.
There are a couple of things that could be going on, but the most likely is as our algorithm is still becoming familiar with your site, you need to allow a few hours to a day after you first implement Kontera before ads begin to appear.
Also because here at Kontera we put such a high premium on ad relevancy, often we'd rather display no ads at all, rather than an irrelevant ad on your site, if we don't have ad units that match your site content.
But most likely, everything should be appearing fine in a couple of hours.
