    Very true.  Some Teachers in schools direct all the ire due to some family related problems too. This makes the teachers to beat children' It's nothing but finding a scapegoat to vent out their frustrations.

    There are anger management courses now for employees organised by many high level corporates , also on line ..It is quite effective if followed diligently ! For those interested I am posting the link for one such course ..

    Quite a good link. There are a plethora of courses for Anger Management. I can watch them on my I pad while watching  TV.
