how many railway stations are there in Chennai? I liked the pink colour
In Kerala, Ernakulam has 2 railway stations, but both are not worth to watch though clean and hygiene.
Sandy, There are 3 railway junctions in chennai ( Egmore, Central & Tambraram). There are many railway stations. Hope this makes clear.
i have never visited chennai. it's too hot, that's why no one prefers to choose it as tourist spot. My cousin and family is in Chennai. I surely want to see Chennai one day :silly:
Sandy,
Oneday is not sufficient to visit Chennai. IT has many places to be visited over there.
but my hubby told there is nothing to see in Chennai except huge buildings and busy roads :silly: :silly:
I have been residing at Chennai since 2007. There are many places. Let me list some of those places for you so that you can decide whether a day is enough.
Beaches - Marina, Besant Nagar and Elliot.
Govt. Museum at Egmore and Fort. St. George Museum.
Arignar Anna Centenary Library.
Indian Coach Factory (ICF)
Shopping Malls - Spencer Plaza, City Centre, Express Avenue, AMPA Skywalk
Various Amusement Parks
Memorials & Monuments - Gandhi Mandapam at Gundy, Guindy Childrens Park, Kamaraj Memorial, Rajaji Memorial, Vivekananda House, Kamarajar Arangam
and numeorus places....

Your hubby must learn to enjoy finer points of a city or building. He concentrates on hugeness prehaps.
he has gone there to attend meetings and interviews. so much pressure, then how can he enjoy the place :woohoo:
