Sft rinks,chips,cheese made from normal high fat milk , also butter,ghee are all high calories foods that add up .However,taken within limits and concentrating on other food items can offset the effect to a great extent.

I very well know the disadvantages of becoming fat. I would like to know about the diet food which can make me slim.
We want to avoid fat but doctor says that fat gives energy to our body,so we need some fat also.

All these are yummy to eat. It increase our appetite but not at all healthy for the people who don't do hard physical labour or work out.
