Sft rinks,chips,cheese made from normal high fat milk , also butter,ghee are all high calories foods that add up .However,taken within limits and concentrating on other food items can offset the effect to a great extent.


All these are yummy to eat. It increase our appetite but not at all healthy for the people who don't do hard physical labour or work out.


Very true...cream cakes,cheesecakes etc are so tasty and one can go on eating them.The best way to balance it out is to work out or go for a long walk or go easy on the next meal..
