A wait of more than seven months which I felt like too many years, finally yielded result; my search had stopped. The soreness which I was going through had finally relieved. The pain, the trauma of not getting that I always dreamt and wished for was my dream job, the place where I wanted to see myself a perfect platform was achieved on 29th July 2010. This was the day I can never forget; it was the most electrifying day of my life. On this day I had accepted the offer letter as an HR Executive for one of the leading firm into Gem and Jeweler.
The world of passion for stones and gold i.e. Diamonds an epitome of purity, passion, perfection, precious and pleasure. They wanted me on the board on or before 3rd August 2011. Joining other firm was never an issue as the company in which I was employed with was already flooding. I was associated with that company as I had hope and was under impression that we shall overcome one or the other day but that did no happened but I had to triumph over as wasting more month would have pulled me down financially. I was not able to pay the installments of my MBA classes, younger brother responsibility and so on, my problem was money and an ultimate solution itself was money. Vitamin M plays very crucial role in everybody life and I realized the importance in that 7 month when I was going through financial crunch. Life could not be harder than these at least for me at that particular time. Focusing more and more on pain is little boring?
Let’s come to significant and amazed part and happiness of joining new organization. Got up early in the morning merely one hour before so that I can get ready and catch early transport to reach early. That day I had picked very simple attire after very long time I had dressed floral Salwar Kameez with Dupatta (Indian Wear) as I usually used be in western clothes in my previous organization. I was on cloud nine had my breakfast and left for the day I usually don’t. My close relatives and my close friends were texting me wishing me luck god so many message beeps. I was on the way to office there were butterflies in my stomach the same feeling when we sit for board exams the fear and excitement both simultaneously. I had goose bumps all over as I reached the office gate, heart beats moved faster and only one thing running through my mind was how am I going to behave, talk, sit, greet etc. my heart answered baby you have to keep one thing in mind that first impression is the last impression. I knew one thing if you can portray yourself in front of other you will win no matter you have less degree or less experience than others and I was confident. As soon I reached office there was chaos all over unbelievable there was Income Tax raid at our office. Anyhow managed to escape it may sound weird but interesting. Some people experience outstanding first day and some the opposite. The first day on any job leaves lasting memories so do I
With Love

Recently I visited the holy town Rameswaram which is an island in the east coast of the Tamilnadu. After taking holy bath at Agni theertham (sea), I took holy baths in 22 other theerthams(wells) situated inside the corridor of the Ramanatha swamy temple. This Ramanathaswamy temple has the Asia’s largest corridor.
After seeing various temples in and around Rameswaram, I came to know about Dhanushkodi which is the southern tip of the Rameswaram island. Dhanushkodi was once a busy town with Railway station, School, Customs Office, Post office, Police station and had Ferry service to Srilanka which is only 15 Kms from there.
But it is a land of sand now due to 1964 cyclone which washed away the entire town and lives of 1800 people in the town and lives of 115 passengers of train which entered the town.
Dhanushkodi can be reached only by mini trucks or jeeps . We can see two seas on either sides one is roaring and another is calm. By truck we can reach upto Arichamunai which is the end point. And we can see the destroyed Railway station, church, school, customs office which are the symbol of once a busy town now no man’s land.
Each and every year, Assam has to face a giant problem, flood. Flood, which is regarded as one of the most devastating forces of nature is destroying many resources of Assam including the human resources every year. Assam is a valley of hills and rivers. Two major rivers, Brahmaputra and Barak and their many tributaries wash the Brahmaputra and Barak Valley in every rainy season. In the rainy season, the village people of Assam prays to God with trembling hearts as they never know when these very friendly rivers become unknown and monstrous and devour them.
Now the question is that why every year Assamese people has to face the flood? Doesn’t the government take any kind of precaution? In this 21st century also why Assam cannot control its lifeline Brahmaputra? If nature is really uncontrollable, then how China can transfer Howangho, the sorrow of China into its blessing and why it’s neighboring country India cannot? If we will seek the answers, then we will find that how this issue is neglected by the concerned authority and how corruption is making it more hazardous.
IIn Assam every year huge amount of money and other aids are granted to the Brahmaputra Board, the flood control board of Assam. But this money is never used the way it should be used. Most of it goes to the pocket of the officers and engineers and also the contractors. As a result, only a small portion is used for the proper cause. Even it is also seen that instead of the proper barriers, the contractors uses banana trees to prevent the mighty waves of the river. So, the result is in front of us. The water easily crosses the limit and over pours its shores. May be it seems funny, but no one can even imagine the real situation if he doesn’t face the real situation with their own eyes. For the officials of the flood control board, every year flood comes like a festival when they surely earn a large amount of bonus income.
Now, the central and the state government are again paving another easy way for flood. They are beginning a large dam on Brahmaputra in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. Even now when Arunachal and Meghalaya release the extra water of their existing dams, it overflows Assam. When these under construction huge dams will work with its full vigor, what will happen we can easily imagine. The experts had already showed many dangerous side effects with this warning. Under the leadership of Akhil Gogoi, Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti and other organizations and local people are protesting against it. Even Anna Hazare and Medha Patkar are also supporting it. But, every time government is showing its thumb to the people of Assam.
Lastly, China is also constructing a huge dam in the great band of Brahmaputra in Tibet. It will suck the lifeline of Assam in summer and will make it another desert like Thor. And in rainy season? Only God knows what will happen. Indian Government is not paying any heed to it because it can hamper their relationship with China. But, is this relationship much more important than the life of its own state Assam? May be Government is thinking that as there will be no Brahmaputra then there will be no flood in Assam.
Love is just a part of life. It is emotion that grows within like other emotions such as sadness, mercy, happiness, anger, etc. Youngsters running after love forgetting their family prestige and future, hardly gets anything by the end. They get attracted towards someone and starts believing it as love. Love has deeper meaning which has some moral value. We, the Indians believe one can love another person without touching or seeing or listening that person. In other words, Indians believe in holistic love rather than physical love. However, with the advancement of western culture and modernisation policies, Indians believe physical satisfaction as love. This is wrong.
True and faithful relationship begins from friendship. If two people are good friend of each other, there is nothing in this world which can destroy them easily. Their love becomes immortal. They become legends. Their sacrifices and honesty for the sake of friendship makes them come closer to each other. They began to understand each other better. They become lovers.
Love cannot be measured. It is deeper than the depth of the ocean. It cannot be expressed. It can only be felt. In India, love has been defined as devine gift of God. It is similar to that of praying God. Love does not teach us to become selfish, cruel, dishonest or a criminal. It neither motivates us to do harm to others nor does it insist us to abuse others. Instead love is life. The life which is lived by two people to bring about great change in the world. It is away from all sorts of worldly pleasures.
It is difficult to guess what lovers can do for each other. They can walk on burning coal, broken glasses, drink poison, jump from heights, etc. Therefore some people call it a madness. Madness which can make a person to do anything at extreme. They are obsessed. If one dies, another dies automatically. Some people say it is weakness. However, love is devotion, sacrifice, faith, honesty, wisdom, affection, etc.
Best example of love has been given by ancient sages, kings and queens in the India. Maharani Padmavati of chitor commited suicide when she saw her husband's dead body. Sanjogita galloped away with Rajput King Prithviraj Chauhan from her swayamwar. Queen Mira devoted her whole life in praise of lord Krishna. Mughal emperor Shahjahan built Taj Mahal in memories of his beautiful wife Mumtaj Mahal , and many more.
Everybody living on the Earth are not so lucky to have love. Some people sacrifice their whole life for the sake of love. On the other hand, a person, who has never desired or thought for love, gets love easily and have children. They spend happy married life by the grace of God. However, the want or desire for love has made many people voilent, rude, dishonest, coward and selfish. Some became a beggar or a murderer. On the other hand, many has become rich, kind, generous, brave and philanthropic. Many people changed their life style and personality for love. They became gentlemen.
What is fear all about? Is it a feeling of anxiety or pain? It's like a box where negativity originate? Every human being has a fear in his heart which he carries throughout his life. Its with which its born. Its with which he has to explore his inner self.
When we are small kids we don’t know about the words of complicacies. We are like free Birds. Free from this outrageous thoughts of right or wrong. We do what we want to. We are wild enough to experiment anything. We don’t think about the society or culture, we don’t thing about what others will think about them. We are free. We do things that make us happy from inside. But slowly and slowly as we grew up why do we change? Why does the society teaches us to build fears inside us. Why do we have to step on the same way where everyone has to be?
When we are small, our mind is like a baby. It want to learn new things everyday, every moment is like a new experience for it. The only place it lacks is the little guidance to let him understand the right way to do it. But does that mean we have to follow the way it been guided? The development of the mind and personality plays a vital role in every stage of life till you are grown up to understand all of it. And if you don't get the right guidance, it is from where the fear originates. It remains inside you for a very long time and then you tend to live with it as your lifeline.
The real question is how you really understand your fears? What is that something that scares the hell out of you for something that you really want to break chains from it. These shackles then turn into tears which you slowly burried them somewhere inside the core of your heart. You live with it everyday like a enormous burden and hide it from the world around you.
The Best way to understand your fears is to know all those fear you hide upon. To recall all the moments of your life which stopped you from doing those things which you always wanted to do. Those failures which build the walls of low esteem inside you. The chains of obstacles which came in your path and you tend to change your direction to where you never want to be. To finish all the compromises you had made with your life for which you are not meant for.
Everyone has there own way of fighting their inner fears. The only thing is that you have to make the right choice at right time. We don't know this concept of life after death. The version of god is i believe the positive belief that every human being find in. You may not know what you could be after you are gone. Are you sure the life after death would be something eternal where the version of your soul remains happy? You see this is the life! The life you are living. The present where you spend every moment of your life. Live this life first and then think upon the other things. Do things that makes you happy. Explore your innerself with the world around you. Don't let your fears surpass you, instead chase those fears and step ahead of them. Go for your dreams. Don't let others say you can't do anything. Stand up and fight everyday. Fight with your fears because the moment you step ahead of them you would land up in the place where you always dreamed to be! Live like free birds. Fly high in your hearts.Live every breath of your life, because you never know what the coming wave of life might take you..
