From today the new year 2012 has started. What does it make difference? New year comes and goes. What it makes difference to we humans. When we were not there,at that time too,the new year was changing and now when we are here, then too New year is changed. Its the same morning, like the previous one.Only the calender which tell that from 2011,we have switched it to 2012 .If we need to think we could think this.
But,this is not the thought for what i am writing this article. If we think it in different way,we could think and feel that the change of the Year.If we feel those difference,we could find what the change it has happened. From today,we are going to start our new session.A new way of thinking.A new way to feel and experience differeent things.Whatever we had done wrong,we should forget those things and should take care that those mistakes we don't commit now in the coming year. We need a have a fresh start and whatever work we have left to be done in this coming year,we should make sure that we do our work with full dedication and with hobestly. The new year begins and brings lots of excitement in ourself. We should always think that with a new start we should always bring some changes,by which our work becomes more easily to handle and its done safely. When we a have a start of our work, new opportunites and new challenges comes to us. We should handle it very seriously. There is nothing best and beauituful than Life. Nothing is larger in life.
There are various events which we think about the previous year. There are various thoughts which haven't forgotten, which took place in previous year. There are our Best moments which we don't need to forget and should be in memory for life time. There are also moments which we need to take it further in this coming year or we want to work on it for betterment of our life. What good things happened with us. These are small little things,by which we get proud of ourself. We can't forget those moement, because soemtimes from those things our career may had started or got the change to live in the society.
We quickly forget those Good moments in our life and the bad ones are always rembered, because we got hurt more. So,we should take care that those Good moments, gives us stength and confidence to move forward in our life,so we should also remember those Good moments as well. How is life? we always need to remember the friendship,Hatred is not forgotten.Friendship is not fresh and hatred is not Grace.Life should always be graceful. You should always keep in mind that you should not leave your Grace. Anyhow you need to make sure that the live with a Graceful life. Every life has its magnificience.
In this new year if you were to told to forgive one person, who you are going to forgive? One incident which you need to forget, which incident you are going to forget? A have read somewhere, that once a man went to one Saint and why Human is Unhappy. He said that by explaning in a simple that,Human always remember those things which he need to forget and he forgets those things which he need to remember. If a Human does this opposite, there will happiness and happiness in his life.
Our life is of Only 3 Pages. Two pages had already been written by God. First, page is our Birth,Third, page is of our Death,Only the middle page is been left by God for us. This page means Life.God have left this page,so that we could write our future here. How much we nee to laugh? how much we need to cry? How much we want to spread happiness? How much we nee to spread Hatred? What we want from the life ? what we don't want? Every choice is ours. We need to write it.
Live Life at your fullest, because this life we won't get next time. There are various things in which we invlove which are useless and not much important in our life. We should make sure that our life goes well. The work we do,is of honesty and that is how we could fulfill our requirements.
India's telecommunication minsiter Kapil Sibal recently met the representatives of networking sites like Google,Yahoo and Facebook on 5th Sept,2011 to discuss the Indian Government's idea of prescreening of users' data being posted on the social networking sites.Previously, the New York Times’ India Ink blog had also reported that Indian government has asked ISPs and sites like Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft to prescreen user generated content from India.
India’s acting telecommunications minister Kapil Sibal stated in a press conference recently that the Indian government doesn’t believe in censorship but instead they were seeking co-operation from the intermediaries to develop mechanisms on their own to ensure that defamatory, obscene and inflammatory material are removed as soon as they know about it.
The thought behind is not to peep into user data and make people insecure about it .The government wants to keep Facebook and other sites as a neutral and free platform where users can share and pour in their day-to-day experiences and data.
The companies were initially hesitant even to share the user email ids of some users linked as terrorists. However Kapil Sibal finally stated that they then currently started working on a solution within the government, which will ensure that objectionable content is not allowed, stressing on that fact that the Indian government does not want to interfere with the freedom of the press.
After the initial meeting,Kapil Sibal claimed that he followed it up with multiple reminders on 3rd October and 19th October which were met with no response. Thus finally on 29th November, he reportedly asked for their written responses and a week later, i.e. on 5th December, the companies responded back saying that they cannot do anything, indicating that US community standards apply to their platforms.
Recent news pouring in is that the Social networking giant FACEBOOK has responded to this request of Indian Government to prescreen and eliminate “objectionable” user generated content stating that it understands the government’s interest in minimizing abusive content online.

The Growth And Development Process In Babies
It is beyond an iota of doubt, that babies have some inborn capabilities and along with it they develop further capacities. With the passage of time these capabilities get sharper and stronger. With growth their mental capabilities also expands. Slowly and steadily, they learn to lift their heads, moving around, holding objects in hands, standing, climbing ladders etc. Like this, within two years they get ready by developing those capabilities. This process is also known as motor development in medical terms.
Development in babies
The developments or activities of infants or babies can be summed up into three categories namely, physical, social and cognitive.
Physical
The first two years in babies are marked by the growth or development of height and weight. The different organs of the body also develop quickly. Their sense of hearing, vision, shape and size develop by gaining new abilities.
Social
This is also known as emotional development. Feelings like trust, friendship, pride develop within them. Gradually they begin to show the affection to others.
Cognitive
Role of mothers
The new born baby goes through the nonstop process of learning, understanding and adjusting. So questing is what is the role of mother? Yes, the role of mother is what matters for infants. A mother is like a teacher, friend, philosopher, guide to the new born or infants. Hence, mother, father and other family members play an important role in the overall proper development of a child. They need special planning and an important role to play in it. Of course, mental preparation is required but together with that some special facts and statistics should be borne in mind.
Under what circumstances breast feeding needs to be avoided?
Hepatitis B
Aids
WHO or World Health Organization warns us that in certain regions of Africa the epidemic, Aids, is widespread like any other deadly disease. Even in this condition WHO advises that if bottled or canned milk is not available then mothers could breast feed the child. Bottled or canned milk(Formula milk) contains Melamine which can mimic protein in certain food quality taste and because of this harmful ingredient many babies died in the past. This very incident proves the fact how careful we need to be when we think about formula milk feeding.
Mental Preparation
Mental preparation about breast feeding is required even before your child is born. There are certain amount of misconception about breast feeding which needs to be removed from mind.
1) For breast feeding mothers need to have a positive attitude towards it right from the beginning, that is, the time she is pregnant.
2) Those who are becoming mothers for the first time find it difficult to hold their baby properly and breast feed. Here, a proper training or help is required. Most often than not nursing staff fail to impart knowledge to these mothers since they remain too busy attending other patients and due to the lack of patience in them.
Baby friendly hospitals
Now let us look at the concepts of baby friendly hospitals in foreign countries.
What mothers need to know?
1) Mothers need to know how to sit and hold their baby properly for breastfeed.

Diwali - The Festival of Lights is here and people around the globe, yes, Diwali is celebrated not just in India but abroad too. Many generations of Indians have settled in far away places and they still celebrate Diwali with equal fervour although with the local touch of whichever country they are in.
Diwali - the very word brings to our minds sweets, new clothes, expensive as well as cheap appliances and things for the home, jewellery, lights - electric as well as traditional ones, and of course, gifts, for our near and dear ones.
Gifts although synonymous with material objects bought with money can also mean a small act or a deed tof kindness that brings joy to others, a small word of kindness or encouragement that brings hope where there is none left.
For me personally, I remember Diwali of my childhood about spending long times with my mum a few days before Diwali started and helping her prepare a variety of dishes called Faraal in Marathi. This faraal includes various sweets like laddoos, karanjis, savouries like chakali etc. and need a lot of effort and time to prepare them. Although I was not able to prepare anything on my own, a little help in whatever way I could was a great help to her and just spending time with her helped me learn to cook well with love and attention to detail as well as to be patient while cooking. This was a gift that I got from her, the reason why I love to cook and feed others.
Gone are those days since now emphasis is more on spending money to buy readymade sweets as they are easily available, although buying them readymade is not as exciting as preparing them together. Yet, the good point is that the women of the households do not have to labour much and they can spend that time with others in the family, I must say a precious gift for those women who would otherwise miss out on a lot of fun with the family.
A simple act of kindness, a word spoken softly, a simple thank you to someone who does your chores is also a gift. There is a woman who comes daily to collect trash from all the homes in my building and she also cleans the staircase and the huge parking lot daily. She comes daily does her work and goes home, she never asks for favors or any money even though she is quite poor. But today being Diwali she came tin the morning to ask for a small amount of gift money, a common practice in Maharashtra, and I gave her Rs. 50 and a box of sweets and savories that I had prepared. When she saw the note and the box, her face lit up and her eyes welled up anwith tears and I could not help but ask her the reason. She said that I was the first person to give her Rs. 50, others had only given her Rs. 10 and no sweets.
I was stunned and felt sad at the same time since most people in my building are working in IT companies and earn hefty salaries so giving her mere Rs. 10 was a joke. In a city like Pune, all you can buy for a measly Rs. 10 is a cup of tea! The reason why I felt horrible is that, among the various pooja rituals, we worship a new broom on the night of Diwali. A broom sweeps away all the dirt and trash and keeps our homes healthy and disease free so it is worshipped as "Aarogya Lakshmi" and yet, they could not find it in their hearts to treat this woman, who keeps our surroundings clean and dirt free, with respect. It seemed like Diwali has now been reduced to materialistic ritual like all other festivals and spirit of giving has vanished.
And then I read about a handful few who do extraordinary acts by taking time and effort to do something for these ordinary and invisible beings in our society. The workers of a social service organization in Pune gathered together a number of homeless people, people who clean and sweep gutters and toilets, bathed them and gave them new clothes to wear, served them sweets and felicitated them. They were given traditional lights and lanterns to put up in their homes, which they would not have afforded to otherwise. This was something they had never experienced before in their lives and many were moved to tears, the children overjoyed on receiving the first firecrackers ever. I think this is a step forward to bringing people from the lower strata to the mainstream of the society - which is going to be a long journey but a step forward is better than none taken.
Another gift that one can give others is by spending time with those who are lonely. Many students and young professionals are taking time out from their busy schedules of work and study to spend time with lonely elderly people living in old age homes.
Only an hour spent with them on Diwali day can bring endless joys to these people who are past their prime and are no longer useful to others that they have been thrown aside by their kin. By holding their shaking and wavering hands and lighting a tiny lamp will lit a lamp of joy in their hearts that will be remembered for the remaining days of their lives.
Spending time with your family, I mean quality time talking to each other and not sitting together in front of the television, is a gift too. With busy schedules of everyone, both parents working outside the house, children busy with study, tuitions, extra classes etc. the family time together is missing. So gift your family the joy of time spent together playing childish yet fun games, eating together, most importantly listening to others, is a day well spent and it likely that will become your child's favorite and most dearly remembered time. You could turn this kind of activity into a family tradition, a tradition that your children will look forward too, and pass on to their own children.
Appreciate your neighbours, a simple word of gratitude for looking after your house and your cat when you are away on vacation or you are working 14-hour sessions daily, collecting your important mail and courier packages while you are away. You do say thank you to your neighbouring lady, but writing a simple thank you along with Diwali wishes will make her feel extra appreciated and will strengthen your friendships. Similar appreciations to your friends will go a long way too.
While you are at it, do not forget our Mother Earth from whose bosom we have all grown and nurtured. Plant a sapling each Diwali and take care of it. Mother Earth will really appreciate this effort and bless us all in return!
So while you are lighting diyas around your homes and bursting crackers that lit up the night sky, do not forget to light a little lamp of hope and joy in others who are not so fortunate as we are.
A very happy and a prosperous Diwali to all!
We learn various thing from other.Wherever we go,whatever we see in other, there is always something that we learn and sometimes try to owe that positive or good things from them. Many people try to make according to themselves.Learning and learning goes on but that learning is of mean when you own it.
Today,i was watching a television serial on Discovery "I Shouldn't be alive". I saw a man fighting fro his life in ocean. You would be shocked to know that how many days he spent alone in that ocean,76 DAYs.He has left from his home to travel in the ocean with a small raft. I started to watch in the half of the SHOW,i.e when he has already passed 30 Days in ocean. He saw one big ship and gave the signal so that they can rescue him. Initially he realized that they have seen him,and he started to enjoy that he is now rescued, but later when he saw that ship is not coming to him,he was sad. 31st day,32nd,33,34,35,36,37,38...40.
At the 40th day he started to gave up. He was lost, but he knew that he is flowing in the lane from where the ship goes. Days were passing and nothing was there in his hand. He was not having food. He was having few cans of water to drink. He was hungry and decided to catch some fish in the ocean. He was having one needle and has tried to catch fish from it. Pirana fish was there in the ocean. As he caught the fish, fish blown his raft from its teeth and water started to fill in the raft. He tried hard to blow the raft with the help of pump, that he was having with him. Days passed and still he was trying much had to blow the raft even in dark, when he was not in condition to blow,as he was feeling asleep.
55 days passed and the condition of raft was same and finally he gave up.As he was sleeping,a sudden call from within came that he cannot die like this without fighting. Suddenly,he woke up and decided to repair his raft any how and finally he decided to repair his raft with the fork,he was having. Finally he repaired his raft.
Days were passing 60th,65,67,70. He was completely lost. His mind was not working. He has lose his weight. As,days were passing,he water cans were also finishing. He was crying. 71st,72...76.
On 76th day he has reached very near to one island, the name of island was colarado, its near Antiqua,Barbados. He was laid on his raft,as nothing happening in his heart, suddenly he saw few fishermen coming towards him in a boat.On 76th day he was rescued from an island.
What a tough battle he fought. He was treated for 6 months in hospital and later he was discharged from hospital when he was well. He saw his parents after 8 months and when he was fighting a battle of life and death ,his parents didn't knew nothing about it. Its really a tough who has fought a such a long battle. He never thought that he will die and never complained to god that why he has trap him here.It was the victory of the man who fought with great power and thats why he was here on "I shouldn't be alive" to tell his story.
I have seen many episodes.I haven't seen such a brave man who has fought for himself for 76 days.
There are various thing from which we can learn from him and can become a successful in life. You shouldn't ever give up in life and should fought for your victory till the last breath of your life. After that person was rescued,i told to myself that from now i would work hard and never gave up untill i get victory.
I believe that if God has made our future with lots of struggle, then we should take it as challenge, fought it until we can. We would say that this is not life and we can't live such type of life, but this is only what we call a STRUGGLING LIFE. There is not solution, but to just fight and make this victory ours.We just need to go on and fight till we can. If there is almighty right up there,he will see that how much struggle we are doing in our life and will give a good result. But without, trying almighty can't help us.
