There is no such thing as The best city in the world since there are many cities which are all good in their own way.Singapore and Kualalumpur are both good cities to live in as far as East is concerned.Dubai is a good city as well and so is London, Zurich and Paris, all of them are clean and well organised cities..
There are various perspectives to look at it. It varies with different longivity. If you talk about scenic beauty and natural spots there are many countries like Switzerland, India etc. If we consider the infrastructure, Australian cities such as Melbourne, Sydney, apart from Newyork,Tokyo,Mumbai etc are good and as far architecture of colonies are concerned, Germany, England and Itly are the best.
I like the place which has the combination of both hills and Sea from the tourism point of view and in this regard I like Dominican Republic as the best country in the world.
I have not seen the above mentioned Cities, but among the few I have been to MUMBAI is My Favorite & for me its BEST.
Reason.. It has almost everything that a person needs.
Its a city where you just need to ask & you will get it. If you have a dream Mumbai has a power to full fill it. It has Winters not to cold, Summers not to hot & Rains all in a proportion......
That must be a great question and you experts us to give an answer.I must tell you that it must be restricted in the sense that someone can only give an answer based on where he or she had traveled to.To me Africa,is the best.
I would vote for Udaipur. It is an amazing city to visit and is a very popular tourist destinations. Recently was voted as the best city to visit by foreign tourists.
