I welcome this idea and in past few months I have come across very impressive performances from debutants who have caught attention in the very first month of their joining.
The importance of this suggestion lies in the fact that recognition is the most saught after thing for a human being and if we can ensure such recognition at the earliest stage,the new members would feel ever encouraged to remain active.
