Hi Gulshan,

It's a rule from Kontera's Terms of Service:

“On all Publisher Websites, Publisher will ensure that Kontera is the exclusive source of any advertising and/or external service, linked to and delivered through keyword links within the text of Publisher’s Website pages, for the term of this agreement."

This reason we don't let you use multiple In-Text networks at once is because if two networks were trying to place ads on the same keywords, neither you or use would ever get an accurate picture of how well Kontera can perform for you.

Just to be clear, Kontera's is totally fine with you using any other kind of online ad at the same time as Kontera, just not other In-Text ads.
