That's a wrong information AKP. after getting 2 days bail, he was back home. He will attend the court tomorrow for further proceedings.

Sorry I read it wrong. He will attend the court tomorrow and the court is supposed to deliver its verdict on his Bail.

Please read related news before commenting. He has been granted an interim bail for two days and he is not currently in jail.
