Another time language was supposed tobe a binding factor - we saw birth of Uttrakhand, Chatisgarh, Jharkhand and now Telengana. It is what the people want that wil decide whether a state will be further bifurcated or not. UPA did it crudely , some other party may have done it with finesse , but Andhra Pradesh was heading for a break up. Nothing to worry both are in India only and soon will live and thrive like good neighbours. It is time UP was split into 4 states. Smaller states can be governed better. But Naidu lost the elections for only developing Cyberabad and not other regions. He can now develop another Cyberabad in AP.
