This issue needs be solved by UNO as this is an international matter  Every community consists of some terrorist elements and on this basis no community can be subjected to inhuman treatment.

This is confirmed only to Asia and everyone knows how biased and selective the UNO has become . A nation has to defend it's own interests first and look after the interest of it's citizens. The refugees can go back to wherever they came from and why would they be refused shelter by their home country if they are innocent ?

The issue is how have the Rohangiyas entered into India even before the Burmese resorted to ethnic cleansing. They should be accounted for and should be then sent back to Burma by forcing them to take back their citizens. Burmese Noble Prize winning leader says they will verify and then take them back. So they will keep verifying and then reject. Where will India  then send them? Have Kashmiri pandit refugees in India been sent back too J&K?

India and J&k are the same ...it is like people from one state being asked to leave .

The truth is that Rohingyas have been unable to co-exist peacefully with the Buddhist people in Burma who are originally very peaceful. If the Rohingyas cannot live peacefully in their own country, then why should they be forced upon us, when we are already dealing with terrorism imported from Pakistan and Bangladesh. You should have heard Owaisi the way he was siding with the rohingyas, it was so disgusting! In all this humdrum, how come the UNO has failed to address the Arab countries which are Muslim, to take in the Muslim refugees from all over the world, they can easily afford it.

Nationality and reeligion are distinct from each other. Accepting refugees of another religion depends on the attitude of a nation. One cannot force another nation to take in refugees because of commanility of religion.

@usha manohar It's a very pertinent question that why their home country is refusing them to return. If Burma is against their entry then why should India be burdened with. Strange intention as if India is free of all internal issues. In any case Rohingyas should not be allowed to settle in India  or else later on it will mount up as a huge problem.

This link which I am sharing from a Dhaka news paper gives us some insight as to ground realities. It is the military in Mynmar which may be the culprit and the UN should be questioning them rather than point fingers at India.

All of this that is going on everywhere in the world, be it the exodus of Syrians owing to the terror created by ISIS or the recent one of Rohingyas from Myanmar, it is indeed very tragic and unfortunate, also heartrending for women and children and everyone else alike to be displaced from their homes and countries. But can all the blame be put on the respective countries themselves. If we go a little back in time, it is quite known that the Rohingyas had approached Jinnah at the time of Pakistan and requested him to help them accede their native Rakhine into Pakistan. Jinnah refused but the Rohingya leaders kept up with their separatist tendencies very vociferously. That action led the Rohingyas to lose trust of the Burmese. and following the anti-national actions of Rohingyas, it is no wonder that they don't want them ,and so why should we welcome them in our country? We are already bursting to seams!

A lot of internal security issue is related to this and so any country can not take a risk to give a free entrance. It can be criticized on the grounds of humanity but when it comes to internal security, a nation has to be cautious. Some reports of their terrorist links have been there which makes India refuge shelter to them. This is not a case of racial discrimination or any human right violation.

Myanmar is behaving irresponsibly. First it refuses to give citizenship to Rohangiyas, then it brutally forces them to leave the country. Why is India not condemning this behaviour of Myanmar? India is right that Rohangiyas should go back to their country. But Myanmar should be castigated by international community including India.
