By writing to the PM and making it an open issue, she damaged her own prestige and integrity. And cricket enjoys immense popularity in the country. In one stroke, she made herself infamous.

IPL has gained lot of popularities and it has its own expectations. It is unfair to stop a team players from playing in that particular locality.

This is furious how can someone relate sports with the politics. :blink:
The Srilankan players are part of IPL teams and not sponsored by Srilanka government. As such, stand of Jaya lalitha is very illogical and a bad step.
