There is a very cool freeware to clean all the history,temp files,cache or any traces of your site visit.Its called ccleaner

Hello ! First i will give you a direct answer !

Open Firefox, go to Tools menu > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now".
Try and tell me if it worked.

Yes CC cleaner is also cool but the above mentioned one is the direct method. Source : Internet and not personal knowledge. Thanks
