Why is Boddunan server time is different from Indian standard time?

    This is due to internet protocol that has to be maintained according to US tme, but that makes no difference as world is divided in different time zones.

    so if i start voting from 00:01am and end by 23:59pm according to IST, then all the votes will be counted for voter of the day.
