    Bullets are made of iron. I don't think a bullet can pierce all types of metal. It can just reflect back.

    Maybe there is no proof or some advance rifles available in market which can even penetrate to electromagentic substance. As said by you by know US military must have adapted this if it is true.

    they have implemented it.not for all the soldiers on the battle field though. it is too expensive.
