yes politics and religion are not differnt it must be separate.

There is no need of it.But as today it should not be used for exploiting the situation.It is the duty of holder how to use it wisely.

Although BJP is often accused of using religion to further political ends other parties too are guilty of it!

Not only BJP many parties like congress and even CPM also are mixing religion with politics.That is why some region has special candidates according to the religion of that area.

That's right! We have pesudo-secularist parties who never practise what these preach!

As our electorate are affected by caste, religion, region considerations, the political parties have no option other than to field candidates considering these aspects. That is why even secular parties field candidates considering religion, caste etc.

According to our constitution, the religion and cast and partiality should be kept aside and should treat every one equal.
