Did you mean divide the cash prize to all top 5? Less award means less motivation.

I feel bhanu's idea is quite practical. In that way all the five toppers will be benefited.Simultaneously it will motivate members to reach in first five. Instead of dividing equal to all the five. it can be distributed according to their position in the leader board i.e. Maximum cash reward for first rank member while Minimum cash reward for 5th ranked member.

atleast keep first prize as 100 . If you can allot another Rs.100 to

remaining four guys.

Hope top five members should be benefited from Leader Board. Thats a good idea. Will see what the moderators decide.
