I feel bhanu's idea is quite practical. In that way all the five toppers will be benefited.Simultaneously it will motivate members to reach in first five. Instead of dividing equal to all the five. it can be distributed according to their position in the leader board i.e. Maximum cash reward for first rank member while Minimum cash reward for 5th ranked member.

if possible you can allot a few bucks for other 4 members.Min Rs 10

atleast keep first prize as 100 . If you can allot another Rs.100 to

remaining four guys.

40-30-20-10
50-25-15-10 etc combinations... :)
