I have not seen a post frm Maverick since a long time although he has been updating the weekly payments etc .. I am not sure if there are any articles waiting to be published . Unless these things are done on time members loose interest. 

Kalyani has rightly commented that there is no moderator bonus now. Previously a moderator could earn the regular share in site profit on basis of points, moderator bonus and some other rewards. Now there is only weekly reward meant for 10 individuals. 

Practically, there is only one activity and that is of article writing. So my suggestion is that all may concentrate on writing and reading articles. The discussion in forum can just give hint on new articles. When you find any good topic for discussion in forum, just pick this and write an article instead of discussing further in forum.  We cannot bring changes but can change ourselves. 

All the aspects, you mentioned are already in vogue. I'm interested in writing articles. I'm writing Articles. I'm reading the Articles. Besides these, is there any other feature or features to improve the Site's popularity and create more interest in the members ?

My suggestion is to increase more number of Platforms for more earning. What I observed is, many new members are coming and many who discontinued earlier too are coming. In order to stick to the Site, all members should be biven new opportunities.

 

 

The remuneration for articles has gone down drastically from what I have seen, so that too is not as attractive as it was before. All that needs to be done is to tighten certain rules with the help of moderators . I feel that people are always attracted to a forum/site that is disciplined and fair to its members. When member/members can manipulate rules to their advantage it gives out wrong signals showing a lax management, which none wants except the few who manipulate ..

As of now,the Forums are running in a disciplined way. In addition to this, more number of Threads by the members will enliven the Discussions.

Reading articles for gaining knowledge is a good thing but members are clicking anyway mainly to gain points. So, there is no point in blaming anyone here since all are doing it at some point or the other.If the admin had brought in some measures where points are given only when you post some feedback on the article it would have helped all..

I also feel that giving points to articles like it was done before will be good for the site as well because more articles will be written and thereby the site would benefit too..
