Yes. in my case as I said above, i have gone all out to build the house on the land given to me by my father. Because, my father has given me land he made my job not only easier, I thought it's an opportunity to be utilized without fail. Had my father did not offer, the land, i wouldn't have built the house even until now.

One reason for late marriage now days is that people first want to complete their studies and then a well paid job, after that they think for marriage. at this time they reach to age of 30. In olden days most people not bothered about studies, they just want marriage and job at smaller age, like 18 -20. So most of them got married around 20 - 24 years or even at earlier age.

Late marriages have some advantages and disadvantages.  Advantage is that you can focus on your studies, look for better job and can make your decision independently.

Some disadvantages like having late marriage means having babies at late age. Peak time to get a baby is between 20 -30 years. Beyond 30 problems starts, and baby got after 35 is not so healthy as the baby got at around 25 years of age. Also it is risky to get baby at later ages.

True.It becomes difficult to conceive for woman after 30. But I know several late marriage cases which are exceptions.

As I said advantages and disadvantages of late marriages are certainly there. But I stress on one point. Marry when you acquire financial independence. If you marry at an ideal age without financial independence, the disadvantages much more than infertility.

No doubt that it is better to have a child before one hits 35....However, a marriage for many these days is more about companionship and they have a child after much thought since there are responsibilities involved and unlike before when wives stayed home to look after the baby and there were parents to pool in , it is far more complicated now because both work .I see many more couple opting not to have children these days . But for those wanting to have children, even getting married at 30 ( ladies ) and having a child after 2 or 3 years is perfectly alright ..

For The present day youngsters, Children are not the main concern. Their preference are more towards economic independence and leading a blissful married life.

It is true that the youngsters at present day do not thought about having or not having children, that's why today's youth is being attracted towards live -in relations than being got married.

Exactly. The present generation do not hesitate to break away from set norms be it marriages or any issue. The ultimate for them is A Happy life.

Now career comes first and marriage next. So late marriages. In the past, marriage came first and career next. so early marriage even child marriage.
