It's told, when yahoo was inaugurated in India, Shammi was invited and the same song was played and Yang told, how he was inspired by this song.

Coming to the point jerry Yang said he was inspired by the way Shammi used Yahoo energetically. But nowhere he said Yahoo was named after Shammis "Yahoo". Anyhow, i'm trying to get an authentic source. When i get it i'll inform you
