I wish we had the practice of women using flowers in our parts of the country. I have seen women using floers in their hair in western and southern parts especially in evening time. By the way, does it ever happen that butterflies, bumblebee or moth follow the user. Please answer it seriously.

But many songs are there....particularly old Bollywood songs, though I can't remember its words right now

He he he, never seen them following ever, at least its not happened with me! But I do often see very tiny little ants in the flowers, but only if they picked freshly. Because most often we buy flowers from vendors that have come a long way and so there are usually no insects!

Yes, Kanakambaran is nice to see. But can't imagine to wear in our hair. That's why I told it depends on personal preferences and perspectives. :cheer:

Maybe becuase you are not used to it! Actually I have seen it a very common practice in Hyderabad, Bangalore and in Maharashtra, aboli flowers with jasmine! They look very beautiful.

Yet I can't take risk     :woohoo: :woohoo:

3 years back I went to Chamundi temple Mysore and bought some jasmine to decorate my hair. Then only I found those orange patches in between white   .
