Me also stopped my meditation practice. Have to start again. Really It gave peace to me when I did this.

Yes meditation is the best for getting peace of mind. I used to do it in open place at terrace. But elders don't like me do there. But if we do at open place then there will be very good positive results.

Slow and Steady Wins the Race.

There has been more than adequate discussion on pace of mind. Let us not disturb our peace of mind by continuing discussion on this topic. The best way to maintain peace of mind is not to bother about. Hence topic closed.
