i almost avoid sleeping at day time. Otherwise, i can't sleep well at night.

Sleeping in day time is not good as it disturbed the night sleep and may help to be fatty . Rest for a while is good after lunch.

Yes i do have. This is for last 1 1/2 years only . Even through my son is sleeping properly , I do woke up frequently and checking him :( :(
