We can reduce weight by eating chapatis and fruits but we cant substitute like diet. We dont have much vitamins and proteins in that.

I think so one would be able to reduce weight if lessens chapatis/rice in diet as these are the main source of carbohydrates. Moreover we should reduce things containing more fats to shed away weight. :)

Fruits are very healthy.We must eat fruits daily.Fruits protect our body from illness.Eating different fruits give different benefits.

But the rates of fruits are increasing day by day. Apple these days are 60~80 Rs/kg and its not easy for someone to eat them. :evil:

Eating fruits is good for health. But they must be taken lunch by having half an hour break.
