    I have donated blood for at least 20 times as this was par of our corporate culture. We did it every year.

    I never donated my blood in my life. I feel i have less hemoglobin so it is not much good to donate

    Sj, there will be many causes, if the hemoglobin is less, if we have BP, or any blood related problems we cannot donate blood

    I donate blood at least once in a year and I don't feel unwell after donating blood. :)
