Huh! How many times? And got yourself hurt! Though it's a well-known stock market axiom but an apt metaphor in life too. We should not be doing anything at the height of anger or when in a bout of negative feelings. A raging fire is best tackled from a safe distance! What do you say?

What I feel a knife always falls handle first so there is no harm if you try to catch it with a little precaution. What do you think?

In fact this is not literary here but a very deep meaning hidden in this thread. Even I have not tried the same and to be price never even saw falling one whole of my life.

You have started a double meaning thread. I like it. I agree if anybody try to catch a falling knife, he/she may get injured. Lets talk about the experts who has many a times done that and are now expert in catching falling knife. Lets talk about the bulls and bears of stock markets. They all are having fun in doing so. As for me, I would let it fall as much as it can. I would rather pick it from the floor while it has fallen fully. :)
