They can do sins using the God name...But they have to answer for all sins ...because of everyone is trusting the GOD....and because of his JUSTICE.... :) :) :) :)

Sunil ji, While doing bad also people take blessing of GOD and they do bad.
For example the great robbery at Indra Kiladri Durga Ma temple at Vijayanagar.The robbers had taken blessing from the Goddess and they have promised that they will rob her ornament and give her half of the share. So after the robbery the staff found half ornament in the undi(the place we offer money and things to Goddess).
Finally robbers are successful.
